Refund Policy for Shopify Website Design Services

1. Overview: We are committed to providing high-quality design and development services for your Shopify store. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our refund policy to understand the terms under which a refund may be issued.

2. No Refund Policy for Completed Work: Once the Shopify website design is completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued for the completed work. The client’s approval confirms that they are satisfied with the design.

3. Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement: If you wish to cancel the project before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us in writing within 48 hours of your payment for a full refund.

4. Refund Eligibility During the Development Process:

  • Within 7 Days: If you decide to cancel the project within 7 days of the start date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total project cost. This refund is for work not yet completed.

  • After 7 Days: If the cancellation is made after 7 days, refunds will not be issued. The amount paid covers the time and effort already invested in the project.

5. Refunds Due to Technical Issues: If your Shopify store is not functioning as expected due to technical issues on our end, we will work to resolve the problem at no additional cost. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame (usually 30 days from the initial report).

6. Custom Features and Third-Party Apps: Any custom features, third-party apps, or add-ons purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once they have been integrated into your Shopify store.

7. Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the services provided, we encourage communication and resolution before seeking a refund. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with the design.

8. Special Circumstances: Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis in special circumstances, such as:

  • Miscommunication of project scope

  • Unforeseen delays on our end that significantly affect the timeline

9. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at glitzymothercupper@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of your concern. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
