Coaching is educational and does not include done-for-you website design unless purchased separately. Additional coaching requires booking another session.

Full payment is required to reserve your session

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before your session
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be considered a no-show

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. One reschedule is permitted; however, if the client fails to attend the rescheduled appointment or does not communicate before the scheduled start time, 50% of the coaching fee will be retained and the remaining 50% may be refunded. No further reschedules will be provided.

Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and access to their Shopify account
If technical issues occur on the client's side, the session will continue once resolved if time permits
Extended delays may require using the one-time reschedule

Intellectual Property

Coaching materials, templates, and guides are for the purchaser's personal business use only
Recording, redistributing, or reselling your materials is prohibited without written permission
